The longer you're on Facebook, the more your newsfeed begins to get cluttered. You may also find that the Facebook algorithm continually shows up the same pages if it's constantly set to sort by ``Top Stories''.
If you have different interests but want to keep across all of them, the best way to achieve this is through Facebook's Interest Groups. This way you're able to stay across everything, without feeling overwhelmed.
This can work particularly well for a PR strategy. You may have an interest group for news outlets (newspapers, magazines, television and radio), digital media (favourite blogs, online news sites), social media consultants (ideal to help with your all-important social media strategy) and industry leaders (people who can help you to see emerging trends and keep you up with the latest industry changes that may turn into media stories).
- Go to your Facebook profile (not your business page)
- In the left-hand column, scroll down till you reach ``Interests''
- Click ``Add Interests''
- You can either ``Create'' a list and add in pages you like. ``Search'' for lists by using keywords. Or scroll through ``Suggestions'' for lists and subscribe to other people's lists.
